Please read these terms carefully before using Roster Engine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Roster Engine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Roster Engine is a scheduling and roster management tool that helps teams generate, manage, and publish shift schedules. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Lifetime Deal (LTD)
Lifetime Deal purchases grant perpetual access to the Pro plan features available at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful or illegal content, or using the Service in a way that disrupts other users.
7. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Roster Engine and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roster Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
